The project
Cervical cancer is one of the cancers that can be managed much more effectively when it is detected early. Yet in many of the areas where we work, access to screening remains difficult, information does not circulate well, and women often enter care too late.
This project aims to strengthen prevention on the ground, make screening more accessible, and refer women who need follow-up care more quickly. The goal is not just to organize a one-off action, but to create a climate of trust, listening, and support around women’s health.
We work with a community-based approach: provide clear information, welcome people with dignity, make the care pathway easier to understand, and reduce the time between the first conversation, the screening itself, and referral to appropriate care.
